Is it an actual 3D movie with the glasses and all? And what the diff between 'REAL 3D' and 'Digital 3D'

Empire Studio 16 Country Hills
(REALD 3D)

Scotiabank Theatre Chinook (formerly Paramount)
(Digital 3D)

Yup it has the 3D glasses, i found it pretty neat, its at 72% on RT for a reason. It was fairly entertaining, and some of the 3D was pretty neat but don't expect alot of it as there isn't that much.

I thought it was pretty good. So do you guys think that when it comes to blu ray that it will be in 3D? Can they even make the 3D work in your living room?

I think digital 3D uses a single projection of 2 images and real 3D uses 2 separate projections of the image. It might even use 2 projectors, don't know. :dunno:

The movie was shit as far as story. The 3d was alright.... prolly would be better if you went high. I wasnt blown away by it to be honest... but the theater was hot as hell so they handed out free movie passes at teh end so i watched it for free. wasnt scary at all in my opinion.... i jumped once when a fuckin box of chocolates fell off a shelf and looked like it came at you but thats it.... shit IMO

Saw it last night, I didnt expect much going into it so I wasnt dissapointed. The gory-ness of the movie is pretty cheesy, but it was a little entertaining.

The 3d wasnt too bad either, saw it at sunridge.

I was high as shit and thought it was dope lol. Ultra-gore.

But how much can you really expect from a 3D horror movie if your there to critique to whole thing. Your not going to have fun.

I was laughing and screaming the whole time and I had a blast watching it :dunno:

saw this last night only cuz we got free movie passes. we still had to pay $3/person just cuz it was a 3D movie. i guess it was ok...you can't really expect much from a movie like that, lol. it was more funny than scary but it was really bloody and shit. overall, it was a good way to kill 1.5 hrs, lol.

i went to see it @ empire studio.

bastards had some audio problems so the first 10 minutes was audio-less.

and they didn't even restart it.

grr.

well the movie itself was pretty predictable. nothing scary at all.

the 3d was alright, some parts were really cool, other parts meh.

not a movie thats worth the extra few bucks to watch "3d".

yah story line was ok... i dont watch too many horror movies but it had me jump a couple of times. Some parts were cheeze.. how everyone seems to trip and fall when trying to get away from the killer.. lol... I thought 3D was pretty cool.. and really good in some parts. It kept me entertained
