Called them, no answer, voicemail is full. Website says they're closed, but date on the page is from 04. I thought these guys had a big shop on 32nd, how can they afford to be closed?

I think some other store has moved into their 32nd ave location. I don't think they are around anymore.

Yes, they went out of business. Customer service wasn't great but their prices were very good.

I don't know about that, I thought they had decent customer service, however their lack of business sense is what drove them under IMO.

That's too bad, they had some of the best prices in town. I've never had a problem with customer service, but I'm not high maintenance either.

Yah Urban sort of took the market from My tires for very good reason. I remember leaving a message for MT a few years back, needed several sets of tires. Never returned my call. :dunno:

I had a good experience with Anand when I bought my Kumho ASX's two summers ago. He was pretty good at providing suggestions on which tire to get. 2 other places I checked didn't carry the ASX's, and I got a really price on them too.

Their website says they're closed due to staffing shortages, and to check back for updates. It's odd because they became a sponsor here just a few months back if I recall.

They were better before they got bigger. I tried to by a set of winter tires there a couple of years ago and they never got back to me... and i never went back...

Sounds like these guys failed at Business 101. Never turn down sales and always return customer inquiries.

My cousin used to work there as a mechanic and he told me the owner was extremely disorganized... and then I got to experience that first hand when I got my tires from there.

Not surprising at all.

Not returning calls, email or PMs is what drove my business away. And that was during the first couple of years in business.

Chips everywhere...shit lying all over the place...no professionalism....made the mistake of going there once, never went back. Straight to UrbanX for me.
