transfer WHC membership?

I was given a WHC membership by a co-worker. It is good till April, but they never use it, so they gave it to me. Do I scan in with the barcode? Also, is a picture displayed? I am guessing that they won't let us transfer the membership.

im not sure how its done at the WHC, but for golds gym, all they needed was a letter from the orginal owner stating that you want to have the account taken over by another user (you in this case) and they do the transfer...
