okay so last night, mine and my friends snowboards got ripped off his ski rack (forcefully) and if everyone could keep an eye out for them that would be greatly appreciated and I will give compensation for them being returned.
first one is a black burton raven 163 board with 2006 white and gold burton p1 binding.
second is a burton board (not sure what kind but its very small, person is only about 5'2") with the same white and gold burton p1 bindings.
ill try to find pics as soon as i can
but i paid big money for these sets a couple years ago and really need them back.
thank you.
HERE ARE PICS OF THE BINDINGS. BOTH BOARDS HAVE THE SAME BINDINGS.

do you have the serial # of the boards, If someone see's one of these boards on the hill it's hard to know if it's yours or not, even if it's the same binding package.
A serial # would make it easy to identify on a snowboard/ski rack.

Don't mean to be a dick, but your boards are gonzo.

Good luck, I hope you get a good lead to your boards!

you probably already know this, but this is why you never leave boards on a rack, even if you have locks on them.

its an amazing rack, they literally ripped the roof off the car to get the rack apart. but anyways, these are not the kind of people you fuck with...drug dealers :(

So you're suggesting that we help you find these boards....somehow getting them back from these drug dealers. Putting our lives on the line instead of yours....and we get a reward.

maybe you owed them money and they took your boards instead?

My board got taken off the hill from Fernie last year. 164 burton custom x. :( It's a sick feeling.

I know this is technicall in the marketplace, so i hope this doesn't cost me a user rating -- BUT, my home insurance would have covered the theft, but its a really high deductable and it would have only saved me about 100$ in the long run. However, i believe the insurance woman said that if they had been in my car, i would have been able to use my auto insurance's deductable to cover the replacement cost. Definately look into once you've gotten your police report.

haha no! just see if you see them for sale on any websites so i can inform the cops...
yeah the home insurance doesn't cover either, well it does but they said they wouldn't cover one of the boards cause it was my friends and the other board they would give 600 for but the deductable was $500.

Drug dealers steeling boards...LOL

In that case they are small time pushers.

Time to return the favour.

I would have at least asked for the amount from the bindings and the other board that he prob sold.

Also a swift kick in the ass.

This seems like a simple case of crack head owes crackdealer money. Crackhead gets his shit jacked.

The guy selling it must have been a pretty chill guy.

so why didn't you call the cops on him when you where at his house? You found the guy who stole your shit, and you let him just give up the one board.

I would have waited at his front door, and called 911 right in front of him. I'm sure he would have coughed up the other board and binding as well, and if he didn't you could have pressed charges and sent his ass to jail.

This whole story seems a little off
