Fs: 2002 Rsx Type S $12000!!!

BASIC INFO:
-exterior color is ABP with black leather interior
-Exterior has very minor rock chips. very little to none at all. not even noticeable unless looked at very closely
-currently has 102XXX+ kms
-6 speed manual
-Front brakes have just been replaced around half way of October
-reciepts to prove when everything was bought/installed
-completely stock engine (no engine modifications), fully loaded (AC, heated seats, rear window defrosser etc.)

MINOR MODS:
-8000K low beam xenon storm HID's (Bought from Top Racing, installed by JDM auto)
-NRG high performance exhaust tip (Bought from Top Racing, installed by Capilano Muffler)
-Type R spoiler. (Bought from Top Racing, installed by Transform Spoiler)
-momo floor mats (Bought from Top Racing)
-momo shift knob (Bought from Auto TOy)
-razo pedals (Bought from Auto Toy)
-spoon radiator cap
-mugen oil cap
-always serviced regularly at Mr. Lube (In the southside with synthetic oil)
-comes with 12" W3 JL subs and JL 250/1 Amp (both are in great condition)

BAD:
-The top of the seam of the driver side seat has become loose so its just sticking out. It can be seamed back in but i currently have no time right now to bring it to a shop to fix it.
-Driver side window regulator has just broken down so i can't use the window on that side. it is a $400 fix with acura (already called and checked) but money is tight on my end.

SIDE NOTE:
-As you all can tell the car has been meticulously cared for.
-All mods have been bought and installed from great shops.
-Also have never been in an accident have Car Fax to prove
-both head/tail lamps have been tinted
-shaved emblems leaving only the acura A sign on the rear
-has just gone through 100 000km maintenance check. PERFECT CONDITION.

had a bit of offers all ready but to those located in calgary.. unfortunately i cant come down there as schools hectic right now, as stated it has just gone through its maintenance check about no more than 2 weeks ago (PASSED W. FLYING COLORS) and i also have the carfax (NEVER BEEN INTO AN ACCIDENT) :D

also to those asking "if your trading it by fri, why even post a FS thread??" good question... the plan is to trade it with my friends car on fri night but he knows i would rather sell.. so if a buyer comes fri morn, or sometime sat morning/afternoon and decides to take it than i would rather do that.
