you just do your class 6 learners like you did with your class 5 learners.. you can't ride without the learners.. so when you take a motorcycle course they'll tell you to make sure you have your class 6 learners by such and such day or else you won't be able to go on the road ride with the rest of the class.

isn't class 7 the learners for all of them?
or is class 6 a specifically diffrent one?

i've been hearing to many diffrent stories haha. i guess i can only go ask the schools tommorw.

yes it doesn't make sense.. i got my bike license 2 years ago, and they said "if you don't have your class 6 learners, you won't be able to go on the road ride"..

i don't think I need to disclose more evidence :D

here is the blurb straight from the Calgary MacLeod Trail registry.

"Learners for Class 6 must be at least 16 years old, have at the minimum a Class 7 licence, and have an instructor that is 18 years old or more with a valid Class 6 licence seated with you on the motorcycle or following in a vehicle or another motorcycle"

I did the bike course from Calgary Safety Council and I thought it was pretty good.

Their "road test" was alot harder than the one actually administered by the guy that tests you for your Class 6 license. I'm gonna do the refresher course in spring after school ends before I get a bike to get my mind going again. Passed my Class 6 test no problem.

Felt sorry for the people who I met at the beginning of the course who had been on bikes for years (dirt bikes and such) but ended up failing the test while a bunch of us who had no bike experience got our's.
