Is there an equivalent for BaseLoc for BC for quickly finding locations via LSD?

Does Alberta and BC, just remember there are those few townships in the south end of the DLS range in BC that are numbered all weird (TWP19-28 that are numbered randomly from north west to south east).

Alberta also has one of their own...

It'll do townships to Lat/Long (in two different ways - the normal way we get it in our tax rolls, etc, is 'Unique Well Identifier order'), also UTM to townships, and Lat/Long to townships. I actually use this one above at work to get addresses for calls where the caller only has the legal land description, or vice-versa when we have to call out ATCO or Fortis or somebody who only works off LLDs.

BC uses the NTS (National Topographic System) so you won't see much LSDs going on there unless you are in the BC side of the North West Territories.
