this is for the ppl who have been working out for quite sometime, anyways

do you guys ALWAYS feel the burn after working out?
i have been working out for several months now and i don't tend to get very sore afterwards, just curious if it's cuz im used to working out now or if i'm not pushing myself enough?

Not sure about others, but to this day I get DOMS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DOMS) all the time. I don't necessarily "feel the burn" because I am not on a typical program now (rest pause aka DC).

Don't use the feeling of DOMS or feeling the burn as a test for your workout quality. But ask yourself are you making progress? Because if you have been lifting for the past 6 months and still doing the same weight/reps then you aren't progressing.

soreness wise, i get sore pretty much after every work out the next day.

thats what rest days are for.

i always get DOM's the next days after i work out
