your best bet is to go to canadian tire becuse they carry the same warranty as snap on and save your self alot of money. thats what i would do

My Canadian Tire tools make me far more money than those Snap-on tools are worth, but I agree that when it comes to precision measuring or impacts guns, Snap-on is the way to go

What trade are you in or are you just talking side jobs?
because I used craftsman and mastercraft up untill this year and sure they are good tools for using once and a while but after having to use the same tool over and over snapon is the only way to go.

Automotive Service Tech, currently working for Ford.

I see a fair amount of heavy duty repairs, I apologize If i'm making it sound as though you should never buy Snap-on, I was only giving my opinion. I've been using Canadian Tires Mechanic starter kit for quite some time now, and it has not let me down once, with the exception of their air tools, those are junk.
For that I have all snap on, air ratchets, drills, impacts. Just the basic socket and open end wrench, you cant go wrong.

its just my $0.02:thumbsup:

By the way, Ebay is a really, and I mean really good resource for tools, I bought an XT900 impact for $180.00 brand new, the Snappy guy wanted 480ish...

What do you need?

I have doubles of many sockets, ratchets, and have a practically brand new 14 or 16 piece MAC tools pliers set.

Also have used Snap-On 3/8's impact, 1/2 Ingersoll Rand Impact, etc..

Shoot me a PM.

Decided not to sell, will be using them at home. Sry man.

Anyway if you need tools go directly to Snap On or MAC as no one is likely to sell them cheap due to the life time warranty etc...

Send me a PM if you want a phone number for a Snap On or Mac dealer.
