What are some good places to find old books? I'm trying to find a copy of the C puzzle book but if i go through amazon or ebay i will need to pay for shipping fees across US. I've also checked the bookstores at the University of Calgary but have come up dry.

The shipping fee for a book is like $7. What's your time worth to you?
