Looks good but a bit awkward from some angles

It almost reminds me of a from or some sort of amphibian. I don't like to new styling of the mazdaspeed3's. I use to drive a 2008 and I love the aggressive look of them, too bad I had to give it up so I can save up otherwise I would still have the car.

I like the interior though but there's a lot of buttons just like the new accords but overall I like the interior.

damn makes me want a mazda. i like the exterior styling revamp on the speed, normal hatch looks a little boring without the extra little touches

That was the best part of the older MS3's, they just look almost the same as any regular 3's, you just gotta love the sleeper look. I loved schooling G35's, MR2's, Skylines, intergra type R's, 350z's, etc. These douche bags would start revving up and try to race me last summer and end up getting schooled because they didn't know the car pulled strong and hard, all they thought was that they could have easily beaten a regular mazda3. Heh I will miss those days, but now time to grow up and save for better things.

Back to the thread, the new MS3's so far looks disappointing. There's way too much smile in that front end. And this is coming from a mazda fanboy. :banghead:

I'll have to wait and see if my opinon changes when I view one in person but the big, smiley mouth looks too forced. The rear end looks nearly the same as the current model. I'm sure it will be a good performer much like the current one.

You were schooling Skylines, G35's and 350Z's :bullshit: are you sure you weren't the douchebag revving your engine and getting spanked by these cars? Cause unless you modded your your car I doubt you would be beating these cars.

I don't start any races, I drive like a grandma most of the time doing speed limit. A lot of people here on the board know that. And you obviously haven't driven an MS3 since you don't even know what it is capable of, yes I've beaten douchebags who has G35, skylines and 350z who tailgates me and flies by me when I'm doing speed limit.Then I see them again at the next lights and they start revving their cars at me, at that point I sometimes give in and teach these punks who they are messing with. It's not just all about the car, it's also about the driver. If you don't want to believe it, it's all good. I'm not here to start bench racing everybody. I wish I could still show you what a beast of a car an 08 MS3 really is, but I sold mine already and moved on.

Yep, in Calgary the 350Z and G35 are painfully slow. Even my car is faster in a straight line than those cars.

Skylines might be a different story though if they are the GTR kind.

:eek: front looks bad, I can see it not big of a deal for the regular 3s but for the speed 3, this instantly puts the old model back into the to have list.

all in all, in calgary turbo is the way to go. That is why M3, ISF really suffers around here.

Actually I have driven an MS3 and a G35 and a Skyline GTR R-32 and IMO the MS3 just did not feel faster at all and most places I read on the internet the 0-60 times of these cars confirms that they are quicker than the MS3.

And the G35 is around there and the Skyline is probably a fair bit quicker. I do realize that it depends on the driver and about the elevation among other things.

No love for the new front end. I like the front on the last gen a lot better. Interior looks pretty similar to the last gen cars, more an evolution than a revolution.
