if you read on husky's website, they will no longer be selling 89 octane fuel, instead they and mohawk will be offering 90,92 and finally 94 octane.

Is it actually 94 octane gasoline, or is it ethanol-blended?

ethanol blend.

Their 'newer style' of pumps seem to all have 94. But the stuff seems to suck for gas mileage.

Yes it will because the 10% ethanol blend reduces the BTU of the fuel which means your car has to burn a bit more to make the same amount of power as it would with regular gasoline.

Is it true that ethanol blends are bad for some older style injectors?

I have also wondered this.

Also, some people say it's good for boosted cars. Others say it's good for NA cars.

Who can shed some light on this "ethonal blend" fuel and it's purpose?
