For sale is a dual tuner (hardware decoding) TV tuner card. Has 2 onboard hardware decoders and works perfectly fine with vista or xp media center,along with other third party apps. Can watch one channel and record another, or record 2. Works fantastic. Because this is hardware decoding, can work on the oldest systems (PCI interface required) without any slowdown as the card does all the processing.
Has S-Video and RCA inputs as well as FM tuner (antenna included).
