F1 news sources

what do you guys use for getting your F1 news?

Im aware of sites like www.planetf1.com and http://en.f1-live.com/f1/en/index.shtml but they dont seem to get updated stuff up too fast.

also, any good F1 message boards you recommend? i hang out at speedtv forums but thats mostly american viewers. id like to find a forum with global F1 fans.

one last thing... whats a good site for F1 pics. I still remember years ago when you didnt need a premium membership at F1 Live for the hi-res pics.

I'm mostly on foreign non english web sites to get my updates. They give live testing updates, pics and times. I have to use google translator to figure out WTF they're saying haha.

I have BBC sport motorsport / formula one world edition and f1technical.net rss feeds on my main google page
They don't get updated too fast, but they still got the info without digging deep, quick show..
