A now-good friend of mine is selling his driving alternative business. I won't mention names specifically, but it is fairly well known and still growing. The business has a good reputation and is very busy on the weekends. The business is turn-key: take ownership that make money that day.

Overview of the business:

The business is a driving alternative service. People who are unable to operate their vehicle due to intoxication are picked up by a team of designated drivers and then safely taken home.

The real advantage of this business is that many of the customers - approximately 70% - become repeat customers. That is an extremely high retention rate and is due to excellent customer service and quick response times.

What is included with the sale:

The new owners of the business will receive all rights to the business name and property, as well as the business phone, website (with free hosting for two years), marketing tools, and business materials.

Nothing is required from the new owners. Simply purchase the business, take a bit of time to familiarize yourself with the service being offered, and go. Driver teams are already in place and operating. The new owners could also act as designated drivers if they wanted to make extra money, but that is not required as the business already has multiple teams of drivers operating.

Revenues and operating costs:

This business currently generates between $5,000 and $6,000 revenue per month, with 35% of that going directly to the business/owners as their cut. The rest of that revenue is given to the driver teams. Keep in mind that the business is just a little under a year old and continues to grow as each month passes.

Operating costs are kept down thanks to low overhead from a lack of office space and a commission-based compensation structure for the drivers.

Full financial reports can and will be provided to seriously interested parties. A non-compete clause can also be negotiated if required. A non-disclosure agreement will be required in order for sensitive information to be divulged in order to protect the future owners of the business.

Price:

The price is currently set at $19,500 for a quick sale. This is extremely good value for a profitable, functional business that is still growing rapidly in this pessimistic market. Since launch, the business has experienced solid growth with no decline so far (including the last several months during the "recession").

People still drink too much and need a way to get home safely, and this alternative is much more cost and time effective than a cab. As mentioned previously, it is completely turn key and could easily be made autonomous by the new owners should they wish to do so. It is a great investment for people looking to make some extra money during uncertain economic times.

Please PM me, but only do so if you are serious. Please ensure that you have financing or are able to secure financing before proceeding.

There have been some inquiries, but nothing serious as of yet. The business is still operating strong and had a solid weekend last week.

Please feel free to contact for more information. :)
