One of my friends have been involved in this donation scheme for the past 2 years. Looks pretty legit (supposidly CRA challenged and they got off compared to some other donation plans).
Anyone with ideas?

Had my brother look into this (was a business tax auditor for the big 4), his comments "looks ok, however contingent money set aside for legal inquiries is somewhat small"
