I'm thinkin' of getting a used BMW X5 with 95,000 km on it. The guy selling it is goin' to send me the vehicle inspection report on his SUV. He said the condition of it is excellent.

My question is, does anybody here know of any problems with this vehicle and is 95,000 km too high if he's only asking $26 000 for it?

26 gs is really cheap. You might wanna get it fully checked out, cause that seems to good to be true. Those usually go for over 45 g even more.

26 grand for an X5? WTF where is he? do not trust him until everything is 110% legitimit. Research research research. get the VIN and do an insurance search on it. It can cost up to 20 bucks I believe but it will tell you for sure what has been claimed on it. Good luck!! get the inspection sheet and research the company who did it.

Yeah...26 grand...that's what i thought so too. the insurance check is clear and he's gonna send me the point inspection from BMW for his car. this guy's loaded...50'ish who uses his X5 as a "for fun" vehicle.

Is 95000km too much though?

that price is amazing..when we were shopping for our cars in Aug, we saw a X5 in the BMW dealer w/ 85,000 km and they were still asking 40k

This car's got a clean history. I was mistaken, it's actually only got 57,000 km not miles. It's a 3.0, manual transmission

Title, mileage...everything is clean and legit. The vehicle is in awesome condition. the guy needs to sell it cuz he's got another car and he said he could do with one car for his wife and two kids.

yeah, but why would he sell it for the price of water when there are people who would've been happy to pay alot more (not anymore, as we are now aware that he's cutting such a sweet deal).

get it asap.
