Well mouth guard you can find in any sporting shop...

Thanks for this post. Was about to ask the same question. I've just moved to Calgary from the Uk and am looking to get some decent new gear. I train at Bdbma. Where do you guys/girls all train?

Nice one. I looked at that and it looks like a well equipped gym from their website. Bdbma is fairly close to me and is a nice gym too. Good luck with your training mate. I sympathise about not getting to training enough......it's always hard to balance training with job, relationships etc etc. Boo!

BDB offers some gear for sale there.....I usually get my stuff online, cheaper that way and more selection. What classes do you take there? Just curious cause I'm a member there too....

started muay thai about a month ago....scottish bloke with shaved head. You cant really miss me if you hear me speak....or cry out in pain....

Will be doing grappling in a week or so. Just waiting on injuries to heal up....

Does anyone know where Honor the Culture has moved to? The shop on 17th is empty and the notice on the door says they are moving - but they don't say where to.
