WTB: Canon external flash

Looking for an external flash for my Rebel XT.

Canon 430 EX or a third party EOS compatible flash (ie. Sigma).

extremely cheap alternative to canon flashes, works great with e-ttl II metering, rotates 90-180degrees, doesnt swivel.

Ah, sorry, I think I'd like something that can be dialed down manually.

I couldn't find much info on the 99c, but it seems that there are no manual controls. Correct me if I'm wrong and I'd gladly take it off your hands :)
