Is it possible to have the same number on 2 separate sim cards so that I can leave 1 in my car and the other on my cell phone??? I don't want to keep taking my current one out of my phone each time I get into the car.

thanks

Not legally. Your car doesn't support bluetooth or something similar to connect your phone to your car?

You can call up rogers/fido and have them hook you up with another line and that line can share the plan you have on your phone?

Call forward all calls and such to the number you want to keep.

I think having bluetooth capabilities that connect to your car would be the cheapest and most efficient way to use your phone.

Nope, common misconception in Canada because in most other countries call forwarding is free.

Another misconception is that they charge you when the call actually connects.

In reality, carriers usually give you i.e. 1000 minutes per month free, but it starts counting the second you start forwarding. After the free minutes are used up, it charges you like regular airtime.
