Okay guys, which one would you prefer between the two? also what would be a better choice?

2003 Acura MDX (170k)

do you care about reliability? if you want a better driving experience, and more options, better sound system, much better looks, then pick the BMW.
resale will be about the same.
if you want reliability, nice-enough driving, go with Acura.

I'd get the X5, you'd be picking up more comfort for the daily drive. MDX if you're looking for slightly less maintanance hassle.
