Hey i own a 2008 subaru 2.5i and i was wondering if anyone knew whether or not there are any options out there. I've been looking for a while and have yet to find any substantial afetmarket parts made for a 2.5i. I'm mainly looking for turbo kits. If not does anyone know if its possible to attach wrx parts?

thanks.

Swap the engine and transmission out, its your best and cheapest bet. nothing like a factory built turbo engine...

don't think you need more performance, if your car can do triple the limit its fast enough

Got any pics of the ride?

I like subaru.

If you want a faster car sell it and buy a faster one. If you have to ask the questions you can't handle doing the modifications.

there are a number of nice mods you can do, Some wrx parts will work none from the engine thought.

Honestly, the ej25 N/A motor isn't built to take much boost. If you want a sleeper, buy a 2.5L wrx, do a front mount kit, and a hood scoop delete.

The WRX has a huge advantage over the 2.5i in every way, it's lighter, more powerful, and the suspension is a little sportier.

If you REALLY want to keep the Impreza, it'd still be cheaper/more reliable to swap in an STi drivetrain, but at least with the WRX/STi, you'd have the warranty.
