Bill of sale question

Hi guys, so i recently traded in my car and bought another one (privatly). We both filled out the bill of sale for each of the cars.

He is also asking me to sign the back of my insurance slip and give it to him. Should i do that?

I think he meant the back of your registration, which is okay. Don't give him the insurance slip.
