Thoughts on Lease return/takeover?

I'm looking to buy a minivan, hopefully paying a little to get a lot :-)

A buddy has suggested I post a lease-return wanted add on kiji

What are everyone's thoughts on getting involved in such an arragement?

What are the potenial gotchas, and how can I mitigate them?

Why not check out www.leasebusters.ca? Lots of good deals on there and people will pay you money to take over thier leases...
