I plan on getting this done, I'm pissed I didn't find out about this 6 years ago.

Interesting. I'm thinking of getting some work done on the sinuses. A recent unrealted CT scan of my head showed reduced sinus volume.

I don't know yet, I never even knew this procedure existed. I just talked to my Doctor today about it, he is going to enquire whether or not the procedure can or has been done in Calgary.

And how much (approx) does this cost?

I'm super interested, my sinus are ALWAYS swollen which causes my ears to be plugged. Its been years since I've had more than an hour with non-swollen sinus, this would improve my life a huge amount!

Thanks for posting this man. I have had some summers so bad I had to spend a couple weeks in bed since I couldn't breath even a bit. I will be also inquiring with my doctor about this.

Exactly!

If I have to fly down to California to have it done, I won't hesitate for a second.

been not able to breathe for years due to allergies and no medications really work so it would be nice to be able to breathe for once

Well if it can be done here in Calgary then it will be covered under Alberta Health.

I hear ya. Mine are so bad now that I have completely lost all sense of smell.

The smell went away about 6 years ago.

The only time I can breath well is when I'm exercising, for some reason the adrenalin opens my breathing.

Actually I find caffeine helps a lot too, if I can't breathe through my sinuses I have a coffee....sounds retarded, but works.
