So basically then these things are going to be photo radar that is on 24/7/365 at a fixed location?
Generally speaking I fully support traffic enforcement but this is starting to get out of hand. Why not just put a GPS device in every car and send a speeding TAX to every driver every time they break the limit?

Uh, the theme they have going is putting the road that the camera watches followed by the intersecting road. So does this mean there's a camera aimed at Deerfoot? Or is there one on the overpass that I've never seen?
