Well, the time has come for me to finally part ways with what has been my pride and joy for 4 years….

The exterior and paint of this car is in EXCELENT condition. There is no rust, and the only flaws are one spot that has been painted over on the front quarter panel from a scratch, and rock chips on the front bumper.

The engine is in excellent condition. Oil has been changed ~4000km with Mobile 1 oil and Hamp oil filters. It looks dirty, but that’s because it is driven all year round. Interior is clean, although drivers side floor matt is starting to get worn (its 9 years old).

The AC does not currently work because the Tensioner Pulley Bracket was broken when changing the timing belt (changed at ~120,000km). All you need is an AC compressor mount, a new belt, and a tensioner pulley mount bolt to fix this. Labor was estimated at ~ 1 hour. You can still defrost windows in the winter, but you can’t blast cold air in the summer.

Comes with all-season tires.

Extras :
• OEM CTR dash block-off plate and cup holders. Origonal pieces will be included as well if you wish to replace them.
• Honda OEM replacement Fog Lights
• Magnaflow cat-back exhaust (quit, not ricey sounding or anything)
• Lowered on H&R Race Drop springs. Low enough that it looks nice, but still able to be a fine winter driver.
• Pioneer MP3/WMA CD Player
Quinn Car Alarm
• Retrofitted D2S bulbs and balasts from a Nissan 350Z with casper shields are already installed.

It comes with the regular SI wheels and yes, stock seats.
And yes, I changed the water pump along with the timing belt.

Sorry, it's my bad that I wasn't specific enough. The car is stock, except for the items listed under extra's. The pictures are old ones that i am putting up to show how good of condition the body & paint are in until I can get new photo's when my car isn't covered in 3 feet of snow.

h&r springs still installed or back to stock? how about the shocks? are you running headers and/or straight pipe too?

Still has the H&R's installed. OEM shocks, as the drop isnt enough to really warrent new ones. OEM header and cat back. I'll say it again just as a reminder, THE CAR IS STOCK EXCEPT FOR THE ITEMS LISTED UNDER EXTRA'S.

And its not an EM1, its an EJ8 :thumbsup: :poosie: ;)
