Hi, for sale is a used Sony MZ EH1. If you know about minidisc's, you know this is possibly the rarest Hi-MD unit. It is silver, and it unfortunately has some scratches from the previous owner. Unit is made in japan, and was only sold there, but is swapped to english (for remote).

This unit is Hi-MD, can play all disc's, including linear PCM discs. The EH1 is a PLAYBACK unit ONLY. This is why it is so thin. Here are some photos.

Actual unit.

The lettering on the back is slightly worn off, everything on the device works perfectly. The face has some minor scratches, and a few chips, if you want more photos let me know.

Included:
Sony MZ-EH1 Minidisc player
2 Sony LIP-4WM Rechargable lithium ion gumsticks
Sony RM-MC38EL stick remote, white (unused)
1 Sony 1GB Hi-MD Blank (NEW)
Unit will come WITHOUT charge stand, so if you do NOT have any other Hi-MD unit that uses lithium ion, you will not be able to recharge the battery.

Asking $180

PM, or call/text 403-869-S|X 522

Also, I have many other japanese Hi-MD units, send me a PM if you have another model you're interested in.

My price is actually very competitive to somebody who knows the value of this device, THIS guy is alittle out to lunch. http://global.ebay.com/SONY_MZ-EH1_Professional_Portable_Hi-MD_/140304155428/item

REALLY SORRY ABOUT THAT, I FIGURED YOU DIDN'T WANT TO READ COMMENTS FROM PEOPLE NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR ITEM COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW YOU'RE SELLING A MINIDISC PLAYER FOR WAY TOO MUCH MONEY.

What models do you have that can charge? I'd like the one your selling but at the same time... I'd like to use it too which seems impossible without the dock. :)

Hello there, I'm very sorry for the delayed response. The EH1 uses the same battery as a NH3D, NH1, and the RH1. I will be willing to sell one of those if you are interested, I believe there are some others that use the same battery but those are the ones I currently own :)

Yeah, I can sell you one that has those capabilities instead. I have a MZ-NH1 or a MZ-RH1 aswell, pricing is around 250

Its good, I can include a spare battery aswell. Only issue is the WAY too common touchy-switch..
