fuck he sold the thing for $1500 somehow that doesnt seem like nearly enough cash...
The one in the first link looks more like a manta ray.
not to mention first link says 3,300 pounds, and the second says 772 pounds...
$1500 may be alot of cash somewhere else in the world...

They may or may not be 2 different ones i couldnt watch the video at work and yahoo sends me to that second link so i just thought they were the same.
First one is a manta ray. Always wondered how the hell things get so big eating plankton....
Wasn't the biggest manta caught something like 5 tons?

I laughed at the dumb brod in the video,
"why were they trying to catch those, aren't they like, dangerous or something?"

$1500? Meat is a Delicacy? Fishermen that catch those in Trinidad throw it back.
It's not even used for dog food.

2 different stories, 2 different fish (Manta ray vs Sting ray).
The Manta ray in the pic is a normal size.
The Sting ray in the pic is a monster.
