We had a bit of an issue today at a game, the ref wouldn't let one of our players play today, saying his ID card was someone else's. The other ref there said it was fine, but either way the objecting ref decided to keep the card and what not. What's the best way to deal with this now? What can they do?

Sucky thing with the shortage of Ref's in the City, CUSA will let them get away with almost anything. Have you called the cusa office?? The ref had to have dropped the card off with them.

Soooo was it his card or not?

Your team could face a fine or said player can face a suspension.

Take the initiative and call CUSA asap! Ask for Pearl. She's great to deal with!

Ya talk to Pearl. She has been there for years. If there is any information you need to know. She will know it. If she doesn't know it. Then the information doesn't exist.

Section 4 doesn't go over disciplinary issues, the parts that do only specify what happens when someone actually plays with someone else's card, which didn't end up happening. I've called Cusa about it but they said they won't know what's up until march 9th. My worry is for some reason they eject the team, and we can't play in outdoor. In which case it might be better to register under a new team. Can't imagine why but the ref was on a real power trip
