Listing for assumable mortgages

I did a search but nothing came up, is there a listing for assumable mortgages in Calgary?

assumables are kind of pointless now...you must qualify for id say 99%. Your gonna be hard pressed to find a non qualifing assumable mortgage.

A family member was interesested becausse they just moved here a few months ago and thought that would be a viable option, but you are right, as they have spoken to another realtor about it.


As for our email correspondence, about getting a 5-6 bedroom house, might have to wait as we are still working with our bank. I'll email you more when we know for sure what is going on.
