There should be paper recycling bins on the c-train. To many times have I gotten off the c-train and thrown the newspaper in the garbage bin.
Discuss.

I used to carry it 2 blocks to the office and place it in the recycle at my desk...

Leave the paper on the train and let someone else read it.

This is good. But someone has to eventually clean up the accumulation of newspapers on the c-train.
Also, I always pick up a newspaper before I get on the c-train. Usually Metro because I am poor student.

Leave it on the floor of the bus, it'll soak up the puke.

People would get paid to recycle it as well. The difference is one is environmentally friendly, ask Al Gore.

-Sears
-Pubs + night clubs
-Gas stations
-movie stores
-movie theatres
-Holt Renfrew
-World Health Club and their bathrooms
-Sport Check
-... the list goes on.

Street corner recycling exists downtown.

All those are private businesses. C-train is operated by the government and is public. Therefore, if we had a responsible municipality we would have recycling program on the c-train.

You clearly did not see the sarcastic part of my post... Actually, im having a hard time finding out which part wasn't.

Its just as unreasonable to have recycling bins on crowded trains and then to have some dude empty them every so often (and on that note bins will most likely be abused). Than it is to have the same dude go and pick up papers on the train...
OR heaven forbid a newspaper getting sent to the dump.
Jesus christ, what would we do if that happened!
STOP PRODUCTION, GET THAT PAPER OUT OF THERE!

Your sarcasm sucks. Since your being a smart ass, a recycling bin on each c-train platform would solve the cluster problem.
