Calf workout Sunday...

Standing Calf Raises
1x100 20lbs
+
Seated Calf Raises
5x10 90lbs
+
Leg Press Calf Extensions
5x10 180lbs (10 secs negative hold, push, hold for 4)
+
Followed by 45mins on Elliptical
+
8hrs at a desk
=
Muscle relaxants & pain killers to try and walk...

One day I will learn I am not 20 anymore.....

As a general rule don't follow weights with cardio. Your muscles need immediate rest/protein/carbs to recover.

HUH?

That was a 15min workout, I had plenty o' juice in the tank and I had my BCCA's to sip throughout the cardio...

Best time for fat burning is after weights when glyco is gone. ..
