the market there has really flooded with nice low miles cars, I have been looking at some m3's with low miles for around 25-32us, but that turns into 35-45cdn

I'm seeing late model (997) 911s with low mileage for cheap too.

Damn responsibilities. I'd buy an LP640, sell my house, and just bathe in the windshield washer nozzles.

An 04 S-series with almost 100k KMS - oh HELL no. Not unless you want to pay an assload in repairs.

Ya, I saw an Aston Martin Vantage for like $70k with only 1600k miles.

Lots of cars look like that now. It seems cheap until you do the conversion, and it winds up being the right price for what you would pay in Canada. And then you think 1 year ago that car was effectively $20k cheaper and feel sad.

Tell me about it.

When I was in Memphis in January, I found a 2005 s2000, with 10k miles for $18000, and a 2007 Sky Redline with 4000 miles for $17.5k :banghead:

You loose your money when you try to sell it, US cars are tricky to sell and arent worth nearly as much.

Hahah I know Maxboost the NSX's just don't drop.. been watching those 2.

Yep. Alot of people that imported cars like STI's in hopes of making some $$$ got a bit of a rude awakening when they tried to flip them here.

Haha, I was looking at that SL just Monday night. The best ones are the 2006 G35 Coupes selling for < $20K USD with warranty.

Don't worry, once they realize they can't make any money on them they end up selling for par and you get the same car at the same price without the hassle of having to import it.

They could make a little bit of money, but many of the us cars are either missing canadian features or do not carry warranty lowering their value greatly. I was glad I got my car when I did though, I can live with the mph speedo.

I was filpping through a DuPont Registry and there is 2006-2008 Gallardo's going for $100-$150K. That seemed pretty cheap to me...a newer lambo for $100k. Not that I could afford to buy and/or maintain it lol.

I think some 04/05 are just under $90K. But scare of Italian workmanship tho. Repair bill is going to be big.

May be they improved since it's all Audi parts? Nah, who am I kidding.......

Really?! 100 000 kms?!

Who drives a supercar that much?! Even if he got it right when it came out in 03, thats slightly over 14000 kms/year... which is pretty damn high.
