I have a few holes in walls I need to patch around a house. I need at most a couple of square feet of drywall. Some DIY websites say some home stores sell pieces smaller than 4X8.
Anyone know where I can get a couple of small pieces? (Id rather find a store that sells it than drive out to a construction site and scavenge.)
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Home dept sells half pieces in the lumber area, its right by the drywall mud.
Don't ask anyone becuase they're pretty fuckin dumb and when i did they said they didn't. If you do make sure you ask an older guy that looks like he has a clue haha.

The Rona in Creekside has a 'scrap bin' with smaller cuts of drywall and 1/8" for a few bucks. I imagine most hardware stores probably have something similar.
I just bought a half piece from home depot yesterday for $4.xx. Even that was too big for me and I cut it in half before I left the store.
I just walked around without a clue until I spotted the bin.
