GNC's sale (brand suggestions)

so, i need to stock up on some supplements and was thinking of checking out GNC due to their sale (i know, i've read their prices suck but buy one, get one at 50% should offer something!)

I'm looking for protein powder - whey isolate
and was thinking of adding some creatine to give my workouts some energy boost
and maybe some fish oil capsules (or powder?)

anyways, i've never shopped at GNC and i'm curious as to what brands you guys would recommend or what brands to stay the hell away from?!

currently I use Allmax Whey Isolate Protein shakes.

This is all you need. It is gona be much cheaper than no matter what you buy at GNC.

That 50% sale has been going on for a while, but its still a big waste of money.
