Paomo is a specialty of Shaanxi cuisine and is a typical food eaten in Xi'an. It is a hot stew of chopped-up steamed bread and glass noodles cooked in lamb broth and served with lamb meat.It is often eaten with pickled garlic and chili sauce.

as much as i really would like to try dishes like that and real Beijing jianbing ( :drool: ) OP just posts pictures nonstop, i could goto U and Me and order #1 to #150, take a picture and post it everyday too.. how about a REAL review or something..

theres an article someone referenced to on beyond that the chinese gov had 300000 people whos sole purpose is the infiltrate the internet and denounce 'free tibet' stuff etc, basically like a hidden propaganda crew commenting in blogs and youtube comments.

Commie propaganda in the form of food? :dunno: or maybe he really just wants to show us traditional chinese cooking with comments? lol
