How good are chicken nuggets?

So I am sitting here and eating chicken nuggets, at home there are not deep fried, but instead baked in the oven, it is white meat, they are the ones you get from M&M meatshops. Just wondering if there bad or good for you. I know chicken breast is the best, but can I get some recipies for that as well?

pre bought are never going to be the greatest. how sure can you be that they are pure chicken? When I do when i want chicken nuggests is get about 2 decent sized breasts and then cut them into chunks. Grab the shake and bake..fav is the ranch crusted and then bake, they turn out well, and taste really good. Does take some time, maybe 20 minutes but well worth it. Besides your saving some money doing it yourself
