estimate price for repair and convertion to a better setup

hey guys, what is the approx. cost of turning my most likely blown f23 into something more reliable.

i would like to keep the f23 and have what ever mods done to run with the proper Fuel management.

i have the obd1 ecu with a basemap in storage because i couldnt get it to run properly with the obd2 IACV

was using the AFC hack for over a year and ran really rich at idle with 440ccs

recently got 400cc and idles much better, just a tad rich @ 11 AFR

AFR, knock and timing was handled good with the stock ECU, knock sensor, and o2 sensors

got into trouble when i went from stock cat to a full 2.5 inch hiflow cat system.

stock cat is what kept me safe i guess... haha

cruising afr was about 14-15
and WOT was at 12-13

dont know what detenation sounds like but i dont think i got any with the knock sensors in place.


So does anyone know of a place or price that can do this for me properly? ive been trying to get away with this AFC hack for too long ...

i think i need a
-engine rebuild
-IACV conversion
-OBD1 conversion
-tune
-and maybe what ever stuff to make it run more boost safely?
