Don't really listen to the radio THAT much, but recently the new 97.7 has been pretty decent (pop/rock/country).

Other than that mix of country 105/vibe/energy.

I use to listen to Bounce 91.7 (Vibe 98.5 Calgary Equivelent) but now its 92.5 JOE FM, sorta like JACK FM

I don't listen to the radio for the most part, but when I do its CJSW 90.9. Best radio station in Canada imo...

No kidding. We have like 4 rock stations playing the exact same crap and the rest are just as bad. There is nothing but mainstream crap played today. You hear Nickleback/Katie Perry 5 times an hour.

I like the radio on when I sleep, and it has to be familiar music (660 was perfect before they went 'all news' because classic rock is perfect for me). Now there's nothing.
But, I listen to 960 at work (Mike Richards/Jim Rome combo ftw) and then we switch to 97.7 if we're out of the valley.
