hahah I wish I didnt have to do this rebuild, Im tired of pulling this engine out and sucking my friends into coming to help me do it. Its a pain without a hoist.

thanks for the update man, his schedule for August is all blocked off so I'm not sure if he's doing anymore tuning this summer. I figure a phone call was my last resort.

I would error against giving someone who is 18, this car. They wouldn't appreciate the time and effort into it. Maybe when he's 25.

I know a friend who got a sweet Opel Roadster when he turned 18. His dad was saving it to pass onto him because he had it when he was young.

Lasted all of 2 months before he crashed it. But I guess you have to play it by ear.

I love how Dallas JDM used my car when it was at it's worst. Crappy ftting wheels, hood etc.

As for plans, not much really. Doing some work to the head but that's pretty much it. I'm not sure what else I can do to the car.

It's been a while since I did some updates on the car. I installed a fully build TRD transmission with TRD LSD. New clutch and flywheel. Unfortunately I didn't take any pics.

With that being said I also re-did the head.

Started with Ferrea valves

Wow haven't updated this thread since forever.

Car is running great, spent the winter at Vex performance tidying up a few things. Power is at 360whp on their dyno on pump, 16ish psi.

Needed to make the car more race car, I-tec Japan carbon risers with titanium hardware:

Yeah I wouldn't put those on a white car. Red, it'll look good. Should reduce how sharp the lines on those vents look.

Consider painting the grill mesh matte black.
