Im trying to find a good reference what a 2008 Aston Martin Vantage Coupe would cost ??

Black Book has no Aston martin in their value system online.

I'm using Ebay and Autotrader, but would also like some references that the government "would like" to see.

Check Kelley Blue Book. What's a red book?

The red book costs $120 USD to purchase, I don't want to purchase it to find out it has no value for the Aston martin's

Blue Book also has no value for Aston's / Exotics.

Black Book prices usually don't apply to exclusive cars like an Aston Martin.

Market value determines what they're really worth.

check autotrader.com in the US, and search the whole country, look at all of them and go by the miles and the overall condition. If the AM has been in an accident, it severely destroys resale on it, so make sure its a clean title (some of the cheap ones have accident history).
There's 06 AM Vantage V8's with 10k miles going for 70k US.
