I am looking to find a part time morning job and am wondering if anyone knows if a certain store pays more than the usual? Walmart? Superstore? Home Depot? Anyone know which store pays the most for Cashier jobs?

Why are you so set on a cashier job? Most of them pay the same, as far as I can remember. You might as well look for something outside the big chains, you might be able to get more $.. for less sucky work.

Good luck

I have a part time reception job from 3-8 so I was looking for something close to home that I could go in for a few hours in the morning just for some extra cash. I guess it doesn't have to be cashier, it could be at a clothing store or something. Just wondering if anyone knows if for instance, Winners pays more than Walmart?

Work at a bank if you want to be stapled to a "till" for an entire day. They pay decent

Co-op pays the cashiers very well. I don't think the banks are going to give you more than 12-13 an hour.

Grocery stores pay more than that?!
Man kids have it easy, when I was in high school my buddy worked at safeway making 6.50 for like 2 yrs ...
The bank will also offer room to grow after a year or two of service though, to financial advisors etc.

Like gemini said, banks pay fairly decently, and theres room to grow within the branch.
