Hi,

Currently, I am setting back my BOV to recirculate and the size of the hose is 1.25 inch's. I cannot find this size. Does anyone know of a place where I can find this size and is flexible enough for 90 degrees?

thanx

You could just use some rad hose from auto value or somthing...I'm sure they carry that size and you can cut what ever length you need.

I thought of that, but they don't bend very well.

Or you can get "flex hose"

or you can use a combination of rubber hose and solid pipe maybe?

Here is a pic of the current set up and the BOV flange is very low.

The intake would be on top of the BOV.

I have a oldr style blitz Bov that discharges 90 deg. It would solve your problem comes with 1.75'' silicone hose
Would make a easy setup for recirc. Pm for more details

Just curious, but why go through all the trouble to recirc the BOV? Are you having issues even with the GM MAF? Looks like a nice setup though, I can't wait to pick up my meth kit :D

I'm not a big fan of the GM MAF anymore. I have to constantly tune the damn thing whenever the temp changes. Its a big pain.

I think I'll be calling up some muffler shops to see if they have 1.25 inch aluminum piping they can bend and attach rad hoses.

What are you tuning with?

I'm tuning with a wideband and SAFC and datalogger.

If you don't mind having the GM MAF still in your car just 0 it out and tune with your SAFC. Personally I hated my S-AFC and only used my GM MAF, it ran fine.

Yeah the problem isnt the maf, its the safc.

I used to run with only the GM-T and that didn't tune very well, so I got the SAFCII to help tune it better.

How is the SAFC the problem?

Cause its a shitty thing to tune with.

Agreed, spend the money, or dont tune. Safc is garbage for the most part. It has a few useable features, but really, its a piece of crap. Ive tryed them on a few applications, and despised messing with them. I like the "decel air" feature, thats it, and it was good at leaning out the idle on my rx7, but other than that, thats the only good features i see.
