Just started training again, I'm pretty light but I'm not a total noob to weight lifting.
Last time I checked my stats were:
5'6, 135lbs
Squat - 160lbs x 8
Bench - 130lbs x 8
Deadlift - 145lbs x 8
Not really sure which routine I should do.
I just went to the gym today with some of my football friends and they had a 4 day split with a shit load of excercises on each day.
They are all pretty ripped so I assume it works very well if I can eat right, but it seems they do way too much?
Should I go on their strength/power split?
Or should I go on another program?
I'm thinking maybe Stronglifts but I don't like the squatting everyday...
Any help greatly appreciated.
