Why so often? I'd say 2.5-3 hours. That works real well.

As an asian guy through and through rice is my number one enemy. I've been successful cutting down on it but there are some dishes where it just requires slabs o rice.

Nice. Thanks for posting those articles. It's so hard to develop consistently good habits. Yeah I know it's just an excuse but the will power just isn't strong enough....yet. lol

Right now for weight loss this is what I have down;

breakfast - cereal/oatmeal with some sliced fruit or a couple wholewheat toast with egg whites / turkey bacon.

1st snack - protein shake 1hr after intense cardio workout

lunch - turkey sandwich with veggies on wholewheat bread with light caesar/ranch/garlic aoli dressing (maybe 1/4 of a spoon). Or a tuna salad with light mayo, freshly ground black pepper and red or white onion with some toast.

2nd snack - ??

dinner - bbq chicken/tuna salad

of course taking my multivits / fish oil / maybe Arson for my workout.

i know it's a pretty shitty start but haven't tinkered with it yet. Still need to tinker with the budget and find what works for me. Since spring/summer is here i'll be bbqing whatever I can since that smoky goodness will make the meals more enjoyable. My problem right now is if I have a couple fruit throughout the day, will that cause sugar problems for me. Also I love cheese, especially the aged ones not to mention those snap peas. Can I make those two into a more complete snack by adding something else?
