Treadmill Repair

My treadmill needs to be fixed.

The problem is when the motor turns, the actual treadmill surface does not move. Everything is fine mechanically but there seems to be a problem getting the surface to move with the motor. When i m not on the treadmill it seems to be fine but when i use it there is nothing forcing the running area to actually move. Sorry its hard to explain i hope someone understands.

Anyone have this problem before? Anyone know any good places that fixes treadmills?

Call Fitness Depot and ask them who they use to service their machines. I know they have a company in Calgary that they use but I can't remember the name.
