This has got to be a typo, or the market has really come down.

Looks like a typo to me. How can both be the same price?

The Estate home should be a 3, not a 2. Otherwise, I'll buy 2. :D

It's gotta be a typo... or not including lot

on a side note, I don't think 1530sqft counts as an estate home... unless maybe with a bungalow

I guess that now includes the lot. That is pretty pricey for 1500 sqft.

1) Advantage Character Homes with front Porchs 1057 sq ft $299.9k + GST (No Garage)

2) Advantage Estate Homes 1530 sq. ft. with Attached Garage $409.9k + GST

1057 sq/ft

small for a 4+ family but just right for 2 ppl and a baby.

What it read before was:

They fixed the price to 409

The floor plans they have listed are pretty small for esate homes. It looks like the biggest they have is only 2,278 sq.ft.

Estate is more a label in this case for them to raise the margin.

There is really nothing estate about a house under 2000 sq ft.
