Thought I would post this up for any potential investors in Calgary looking for a more affordable investment condo in the Edmonton area. Its a new building, I've been living in the condo for 3 months, and all the bugs have been worked out, and all the repairs have deen made.
-Just lowered the asking price to $175k
potential rent income from this property would more than pay the mortgage, tax, and condo fees. My realtor may even be able to set you up with a property management company that can take care of everything for you.

I thought that was pretty odd also.. probably just to confuse people.

the condo is 805sqft with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

approx 20 min drive to UofA
there is a bus stop right outside the building. and you can get to the UofA by bus. no clue how long it would take, probably over an hour.

You know you can switch the units from the drop down menu at the bottom right of the page right?
