My family and I are looking to move as of June 1st. Looking for a house in the N.E, N.W, or S.E. We require at least a 4 bdrm house with developed basement OR a 3bdrm up and 2 bdrm down full house. We do have childern and pets. Would also like the house to have either a single or double attached or detached garage. Looking to pay between $1400 to $1600 plus or inc utilities.
